Breakfast & Brunch Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Reservations
o Tables can be booked in advance or we can accept walk ins (if we have spaces available)
o For group bookings (6 or more) tables must be pre booked and paid to guarantee table.
o We will do our best to seat large groups together but there is no guarantee, refund will NOT be given if this is the case.
o Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 7 days of the booking date.
o Everyone at the table must be part of the booking.
2. Service Times
o Breakfast and brunch service runs strictly during advertised hours (11am – 1pm).
o Last orders for food and drink will be taken 15 minutes before the end of service.
o Table to be vacated within 15 minutes of end of service.
o You may be asked to vacate your seat/table once the session has finished to accommodate the next sitting.
3. Payment
o All prices include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
o We prefer cash and accept card payments; payment must be made in full before the event.
4. Bottomless Brunch / Unlimited Drinks
o Bottomless drinks are served for a fixed period (120 minutes) starting from the time of your booking, not the time of arrival.
o Only one drink per person may be ordered at a time; unfinished drinks must be consumed before being served another.
o Management reserves the right to refuse further alcohol service if any guest appears intoxicated, disruptive, or fails to comply with venue rules.
o Sharing of drinks with guests that have no ticket is strictly prohibited.
o Food will be a set menu – relatable to the theme (veggie option available)
o Sides will be extra cost of £3.50
o Drinks included – Prosecco, Carling, 8 cocktails (set menu) tea/coffee, coke/lemonade
5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
o Guests MUST inform staff of any dietary needs or allergies before ordering.
o While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food or drinks.
6. Conduct & Behaviour
o All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other customers.
o The venue reserves the right to remove any guest behaving inappropriately or causing a disturbance, without refund.
7. Children
o Children are welcome during breakfast and brunch service but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
o Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
o Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice will receive a full refund.
o Cancellations made within the 7 days’ notice will NOT receive a refund.
o No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes past booking time) may result in the table being released and deposits forfeited.
9. Liability
o The venue is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
o Guests are liable for any damage caused to the premises during their visit.
10. Management Rights
o Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
o We reserve the right to refuse service or entry without explanation if policies are breached.
11. Food menu
o Food at the event will be a set menu
o We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirement (inc a vegetarian option)
o Extra sides are available for a cost of £3.50 per dish
12. Drinks menu
o Unlimited prosecco – bottle must be emptied before we will serve a new bottle.
o Unlimited carling – drinks can be ordered whilst you still have a drink but drinks will not be served until the glass is empty
